Beeble Named Webby Award Nominee for AI-Powered Video-to-VFX

We're proud to share that Beeble has been named as a Webby Award Nominee — recognised among the top 11% of over 13,000 entries worldwide.

Beeble nominated for a Webby Award

Beeble has been nominated in the Apps, Software & Immersive – Best Use of AI & Machine Learning category at the Webby Awards. Judged by the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences, the nomination recognises work pushing the boundaries of how digital tools shape creative industries.

Rethinking how video is made

Most production workflows still follow a fixed sequence: decisions are made on set, and post-production is about refinement.

At Beeble, we've been building toward a different model — one where lighting, mood, and even environments don't have to be locked in at the moment of capture.

By combining AI relighting with video-to-video transformation, our technology allows creators to:

  • Adjust lighting after filming
  • Rework environments without reshoots
  • Iterate creatively across production and post as one continuous process

This shifts filmmaking from something rigid into something far more flexible — and ultimately, more creative.

Why this recognition matters

Being nominated for a Webby is a signal of where the industry is heading. AI in video has often been framed in terms of automation or imitation. But the real opportunity lies elsewhere: giving creators more control, not less.

"We're seeing production become more flexible and iterative, where creative intent can evolve throughout the process rather than being fixed at the point of capture." — Hoon Kim, CEO of Beeble

From idea to execution, without the usual constraints

In practice, this approach opens up new possibilities:

  • Smaller teams can achieve higher-end visuals
  • Creative decisions can evolve later in the process
  • Physical production constraints become less limiting

Instead of committing everything upfront, creators can explore, refine, and adapt as they go.

What's next

We're continuing to work with partners across film, advertising, and content production to push these workflows further — moving toward a future where production and post-production are no longer separate stages, but part of a single creative loop.

If you're interested in exploring what this looks like in practice, we'd love to hear from you.
