Yes. SwitchX applies the environment, lighting, and color grade from your reference or prompt naturally onto your original pixels — generative relighting where shape, motion, and expression stay locked while the light changes around them.

SwitchX is generative: a reference or prompt drives the relight as part of a full scene transform. 3D Relight is physically based: your footage becomes a relightable subject in a real-time browser 3D scene where you place and adjust every light by hand. Reach for 3D Relight to control the lights yourself, and for SwitchX to apply a whole reference look in one pass.

Yes. SwitchX ingests ProRes natively — upload your ProRes 422 (Proxy, LT, 422, HQ) .mov master directly, up to 4.5GB, with no transcoding step. ProRes 4444 (embedded alpha) and variable-frame-rate exports aren't supported, and ProRes sources can't be trimmed in-app, so trim your clip before uploading.
