CorridorKey arrives in Beeble Background Remover

CorridorKey is now available in Beeble's Background Remover

Now available inside Beeble's Background Remover toolkit, CorridorKey introduces a fundamentally different approach to green screen extraction—one that doesn't just separate foreground from background, but reconstructs what the foreground should have been in the first place.

From keying to unmixing

Traditional keying methods treat green screen removal as a masking problem. You isolate the subject, refine edges, and hope the result holds up under compositing. CorridorKey approaches it differently.

Instead of producing a binary mask, it solves what's known as the unmixing problem: predicting the true, un-multiplied color of the subject as if the green screen had never influenced it.

Hair retains its softness. Motion blur behaves naturally. Semi-transparent materials hold their integrity. And color contamination from the green screen is actively removed, not just hidden.

A pipeline built for production

Inside Beeble, CorridorKey is paired with a second model to form a robust, production-ready pipeline:

  • MatAnyone + CorridorKey combine to deliver precise alpha generation and high-quality foreground reconstruction.
  • Fine details like wispy hair and fast motion are preserved without manual intervention.
  • Outputs are immediately usable in professional compositing environments.

Formats that fit your pipeline

Beeble supports export formats built for VFX and post-production:

  • 10-bit RGBA MOV for high-quality compositing.
  • RGBA PNG sequences for frame-by-frame workflows.
  • Alpha-only outputs for flexible pipeline integration.
